To our loyal Planet Linen customers, we hope that you are safe and well as we all adjust to the impact of COVID-19.

We would like to let you know that all carriers are experiencing shipping delays as a result of the COVID lockdown, social distancing in warehouses and increased volumes of items being purchased online. We ask that you please take this into consideration as Australia post hubs are currently working 24hr a day to keep up with the demand. Thank you for your patience.

We would like to assure our customers that despite the delay in deliveries, we remain committed to continuing to offer the best service and products as we always have.

OUR COVID-SAFE PRACTICES

  • Disinfecting all packing benches, phones, computers
  • At all times when our staff are handling stock, they wear gloves.
  • Warehouse staff are wearing masks at all times.
