Price guarantee terms and conditions
- Evidence of competitor’s lower advertised price for the identical product must be provided.
- The item must be for the same brand, colour and model and the product must be new and factory sealed.
- Competitor must be located in Australia by a retailer operating in Australia either a store or online.
- The competitors price must include shipping
- The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase
- We do not Price Match for advertising errors, prices which include bonuses, limited or group buy offers, clearance products, promo code offers, and discounts including where offered directly by a supplier or a third party
- The price match does not apply to items sold on marketplace websites such as eBay, Amazon or Gumtree
- Own pricing or any brand it sells on behalf of a third party supplier under an agency agreement.
