Shipping
We will endeavour to process your order and dispatch within 12 - 24 hours of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse.
We deliver Australia wide using Auspost & Fastway which requires a signature on delivery unless otherwise stated at the checkout process. If you are not home when delivery takes place your item will waiting at your local post office for collection.
If you live within the Sydney area you are welcome to come and collect your order from our warehouse in Kirrawee NSW. Please make sure you state at checkout that you will be picking up your order and please bring your tax invoice as proof of purchase.
Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm and we are located at 1/48 Waratah St, Kirrawee NSW 2232.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $99.00 (exclude floor rugs). Please note that due to the recent price increase with Aus post items sent to WA & NT will incur a surcharge in shipping.

Bed Linen
Shipping within Australia is free for all orders over $99.00. otherwise, a $9.00 flat rate shipping fee applies.
Floor Rugs
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $199.00 for all floor rugs sent to metro areas of NSW, ACT, VIC & QLD, otherwise, a $39.00 flat rate shipping fee applies.

Delivery - Tracking Orders

Does Planet Linen ship internationally?
We use Australia Post - Regular Postage, which may take 2-5 business days after dispatch depending on lodgement & destination specifications.
We currently only have prices on Planet Linen website to ship to New Zealand, USA, UK, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore & Japan only. However, if you are outside these countries please email admin@planetlinen.com.au with your address for a shipping quote.
Please note, we do not ship floor rugs internationally.

Will my item be in stock?
Yes, we aim to keep stock of all our products listed on our website, if for some unforeseen reason we do not have a product in stock that you have ordered we will contact you with details of expected delivery time. We will offer you the option of placing the item(s) on back order and waiting for the product to come into stock, replacing the item with another product or receiving a refund.
Can I arrange for my courier to pick up my order from Planet Linen Warehouse?
Planet Linen does not allow customer to organise their own carriers for collection from our warehouse.
