Can I pick up my order from Planet Linen? 

Yes, you can pick up from our warehouse which is located at 1/48 Waratah St, Kirrawee NSW 2232, Australia

We are open for pick ups Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Please make sure you state at check out that you will be collecting your item and bring along your tax invoice as proof of purchase.

 

When will Planet Linen ship my order?

We will endeavour to ship your item(s) out the same day if we receive orders before 12pm (midday). If after this time we will dispatch your item the next business working day.

If by some unforeseen circumstances we do not have your order in store, we will contact you by email advising you of the delay.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We send items by Australia Registered Post and you can track your item here.

 

How can I place an order? 

The simplest way is ordering via our website, WE CANNOT ACCEPT PHONE ORDERS. Orders can only be placed through our website.

How much is delivery? 

Shipping within Australia is free for all orders over $99.00. otherwise, a $9.00 flat rate shipping fee applies.

 

Shipping

We will endeavour to process your order and dispatch within 12 - 24 hours of receiving payment.  You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We deliver Australia wide using Auspost and Fastway which requires a signature on delivery unless otherwise stated in the checkout process. If you are not home when delivery takes place your item will be waiting at your local post office for collection.

If you live in the Sydney area you are welcome to come and collect your order from our warehouse in Caringbah NSW.  Please make sure you state at checkout that you will be picking up your order and please bring your tax invoice as proof of purchase.

Please note there maybe postage charges for items sent to regional and remote WA & NT.

 

Shipping - Tracking Orders

If your order has been shipped, you would have received a shipping confirmation email from Planet Linen with your tracking information.

If you are not sure on that status of your order, feel free to contact us via phone or email for more information.

  

Does Planet Linen ship internationally?

We use Australia Post - Regular Postage, which may take 2-5 business days after dispatch depending on lodgement & destination specifications.

We currently only have prices on Planet Linen website to ship to New Zealand, USA, UK, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore & Japan only. However, if you are outside these countries please contact us with your address for a shipping quote.

Will my item be in stock? 

Yes, we aim to keep stock of all our products listed on our website, if for some unforeseen reason we do not have a product in stock that you have ordered we will contact you with details of expected delivery time. We will offer you the option of placing the item(s) on back order and waiting for the product to come into stock, replacing the item with another product or receiving a refund.

 

What is Planet Linen return policy?

Please note: Due to health and hygiene regulations we are unable to exchange or refund Pillows, Quilts, Toppers, Mattress and Pillow Protectors and Underblankets. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.

 

Can I arrange for my courier to pick up my order from Planet Linen Warehouse?

Yes, no problem at all. Please could just advise us at checkout which courier company will be collecting your item.
