The Tontine Luxe Natural Collection range features products made with certified, ethically sourced Australian Feather & Down. The feather & down used in the Tontine Luxe Natural Collection range is quality Australian feather & down sourced from western Victoria and is chosen specifically for its superior colour and cleanliness. Because Australian feather and down is so rare, the feather and down used in Tontine Luxe Australian feather & down products is fully traceable back to the farms from which they come.

This luxurious Tontine Luxe Australian Duck Feather and Down Tontine doona® features an organic cotton cover and 80% Australian white duck down and 20% Australian white duck feather blend filled to an All Seasons warmth rating, making it ideal to use all year round.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with dispatch details.

We deliver Australia-wide via Australia Post and Fastway, with signature on delivery required unless you request Authority to Leave during the checkout process. If no one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office or collection point for pickup.

If you are located in the Sydney area, you are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Kirrawee, NSW. Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout and bring your tax invoice as proof of purchase when collecting your order.

How much is delivery? 

Bed Linen

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $150 (excluding Western Australia and the Northern Territory). Orders under $150 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $9.00.

A flat $20 shipping fee applies to all orders delivered to Western Australia (WA) and the Northern Territory (NT).

Due to high freight costs, we are unfortunately unable to ship some bulky items to regional and remote areas of WA and NT. As our products are already heavily discounted, we’re unable to absorb the additional freight charges for these locations.

If you’re unsure whether your location is affected, please contact us prior to placing your order. We are also happy to provide a freight quote upon request.

Floor Rugs

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $199.00 for all floor rugs sent to metro areas of NSW, ACT, VIC & QLD, otherwise, a $39.00 flat rate shipping fee applies.

Unfortunately we no longer ship floor rugs to South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
