The pillow protector is available in non waterproof and waterproof. The waterproof features an underside breathable waterproof membrane, resulting in a product that is both functional and comfortable.

This remarkable product has an upper layer of low heat conducting natural MICA mineral fibres. Unlike many cooling products on the market, this product is not gel infused, rather the natural MICA mineral fibres are woven into the fabric, meaning the fabric stays cool to the touch, regardless of how many times it is used, or laundered. The pillow protector is available in non waterproof and waterproof. The waterproof features an underside breathable waterproof membrane, resulting in a product that is both functional and comfortable.

Care/Washing Instructions

Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle. Line dry, when almost dry may be cool tumble dried. Do not dry clean.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with dispatch details.

We deliver Australia-wide via Australia Post and Fastway, with signature on delivery required unless you request Authority to Leave during the checkout process. If no one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office or collection point for pickup.

If you are located in the Sydney area, you are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Kirrawee, NSW. Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout and bring your tax invoice as proof of purchase when collecting your order.

How much is delivery? 

Bed Linen

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $150 (excluding Western Australia and the Northern Territory). Orders under $150 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $9.00.

A flat $20 shipping fee applies to all orders delivered to Western Australia (WA) and the Northern Territory (NT).

Due to high freight costs, we are unfortunately unable to ship some bulky items to regional and remote areas of WA and NT. As our products are already heavily discounted, we’re unable to absorb the additional freight charges for these locations.

If you’re unsure whether your location is affected, please contact us prior to placing your order. We are also happy to provide a freight quote upon request.

Floor Rugs

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $199.00 for all floor rugs sent to metro areas of NSW, ACT, VIC & QLD, otherwise, a $39.00 flat rate shipping fee applies.

Unfortunately we no longer ship floor rugs to South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
